Pete, I couldn’t agree more! Booking incentives that benefit an So if you really think about this, one of the primary target segments for these meeting loyalty programs is corporate customers. If the corporations themselves are cleaning up their supply-chain practices, wouldn’t they look poorly on hotels offering something that is against their own code of conduct? I would think that one of the supplier selection criteria of a major corporation is a match up on values. It’s definitely time for hotels to take the high road and do away with programs that reward an individual for group bookings. It’s the right thing to do! Post a comment
